After using a number of them when coaching Advisors, I found they got filed away and forgotten about. In fact, the fancier and more complex they were led to a one time use because it’s not practical to go through that same process as frequently as your marketing plan should be updated.
So, how do you have a marketing plan that is easy to work off of and adjust as needed? Ditch the formality and resort to a plain word document. It’s, by far, the most effective!
