It takes considerable time to train a person and depending on their role, they can be in a position to make a significant impression on you and your practice. Your support staff is an integral part of your practice’s success, so taking the time to find the right person is very important. One important step is to have at least two other people that know you and your working style interview the candidates that have passed your screening.
