Why should you streamline your client review process?

Serving your clients is important for a number of reasons:

  • It keeps existing business on the books
  • It creates opportunities for new business with existing clients
  • It can lead to referrals

Basically, all things that keep your business growing soooo… not worth messing up, right?  Right!!  Yet, many Advisors will admit to not doing this consistently.  Or… if they do have a decent process for ensuring their clients are met with regularly, they don’t have a set process they follow during the review meeting itself.

Having a system and executing these two things really, really well make a BIG difference in your practice because it creates CLIENT LOYALTY.
